This is a series of uplifting, creative art workshops for adults that combines playful exploration with mindful, restorative practice. Run in two- or three-week blocks, each workshop stands proudly on its own whilst also connecting to the next—so participants can dip into specific workshops or enjoy the full creative journey. With an ever-changing mix of mediums and processes, from bookmaking and colour-journey experiments to cyanotype, charcoal work and mould-making. Every block brings something fresh, engaging, and hands-on.
All workshops are led by Saskia, an enthusiastic and experienced art teacher who also works on BA 3D Design & Craft in the University of Brighton. Her approach blends gentle guidance with plenty of room for personal discovery. Saskia encourages participants to relax, play, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of creativity. Alongside building artistic skills, sessions are designed to support mental wellbeing—offering a calming, social space where people can unwind, express themselves, and reconnect with creativity in a fun and meaningful way.
